About Zolo
Zolo is a local directory and ordering platform in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We list the restaurants, food stores and mess kitchens around you, show how each one can be reached, and pass your order or enquiry straight to the shop.
The shop is the seller
Every order is between you and the shop. The shop sets its prices, prepares your order, delivers it with its own riders or has it ready to collect, and takes payment from you directly. Zolo doesn't deliver, doesn't handle payments and never takes a commission from the shop.
How listings are created
Many listings start from public information, such as map listings and the shop's own printed menu, typed in by Zolo's team. They show "Unverified — sourced from public info". When the owner claims the listing in the Zolo Merchant app, or confirms its menu and prices with our team, it shows "✓ Verified by the owner" with the date.
Report or remove a listing
Anyone can tell us a listing is wrong with Report incorrect info on the shop page or at zolo.ae/report. Owners can claim a listing to correct it themselves, or ask for it to be corrected or removed at zolo.ae/takedown. We answer both within 48 hours.
