Make a privacy request

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask for a copy of your personal data, an export as a file, a correction, or deletion. Tell us what you need and how to reach you. We check every request against the phone number on the account before acting, and answer within 30 days.

Deleting your account? You can do it straight away in the app: Account → Privacy & my data → Delete my account.
